Trouble sleeping or insomnia, is disturbing. Very frustrating when you lie down and pulled the covers, but the eyes still did not want closed. In fact, a stack of activities that require stamina awaits tomorrow.

How you can look excellent if difficult to sleep. It may be that you overslept or dizzy all day. That is certainly very disturbing health and your activities.

But now, you can say 'Goodbye to Insomnia'. How:

1. Avoid naps to reduce fatigue. Nap will accumulate energy and make you more difficult to sleep at night.

2. Make sure your room is pretty cool with good air circulation.

3. The bedroom is a space to rest, not wise putting electronic equipment such as television sets or computers.
You may be tempted to watch the show or play games. Even if your room filled with electrical appliances, turn off the course, unless you want to play soft music as an introduction to sleep.

4. Schedule your sleep at the same time. Even if you do not feel sleepy, try to sleep at the same hour. 
This will help you organize your biological clock and sleep time allows your body to sleep at the same time.

5. Do not schedule a workout or exercise before bed, do it 3 hours earlier.  
That way your muscles are not tense and ready to rest.

6. Avoid foods that can keep you awake all night, such as coffee, tea, soft drinks and energy drinks.  
Believe me, the drink will worsen your condition.

7. Choose foods and beverages that can help you quickly fell asleep.  
For example, low-calorie glass of warm milk.

8. Avoid too much to drink before bed.  
This could trigger you to wake up having to visit the toilet to urinate.

9. Before bed, write down on paper all the things that disturb your mind.  
Does the boss get angry, quarrel with a lover, or the weather that makes your mood evaporated. Write also hope for the next day. This will help you shed the burden of thinking that can hamper your sleep.

10. If you can not sleep with the lights went out, no need to push yourself.  
Sleep with dim lights that will not make you surprised when awakened at midnight. Excessive lighting can make your body awake all night.
