Soft Foods for Healthy Skin Glow

Getting beautiful skin, healthy glow is not a difficult thing, if there is business. There are a number of foods can you eat to get a smooth skin glowing nan as reported by WebMD: 

1. Olive oil.
Pure olive oil is believed to create a soft luminous skin than other types of oil. Lubrication oil helps the skin and make it look healthy glow.

2. Green tea  
Green tea has many benefits, among others, stop inflammation, slow the DNA damage, and helps prevent sunburn skin. 

3. Omega-3 
fatty acids Essential fatty acids like omega 3 and omega-6 helps produce natural oils on the skin barrier, keeping skin from dryness and excess oil. Essential fatty acids are essential fats that make the skin smoother and younger looking. Source of essential fatty acids include olive oil, canola oil, walnuts and salmon, sardines mackerel as well. 

4. Vitamin E  
Vitamin E is an antioxidant that becomes a shield skin from damage due to sun exposure. Vitamin E also functions as an anti-inflammatory and immune system enhancer. Food sources rich in vitamin E include vegetable oils, nuts, seeds, olives, spinach, asparagus and green vegetables. 

5. Vitamin C  
Vitamin C helps protect skin from the sun. These vitamins also help repair damage caused by free radicals, which damage the skin reinforcement fibers such as collagen and elastin. Sources of vitamin C among other incredible peppers, citrus fruits, papaya, kiwi, broccoli, green leafy vegetables. 

6. Vitamin A
Want a brilliant skin without dullness? Eat fruits and orange vegetables like carrots or kantalop. Fruits and vegetables are rich in vitamin A, which helps moisturize the skin inside. Other sources of vitamin A are green vegetables, eggs and low-fat dairy such as cheese.

7. CoQ10: Coenzyme Q10
CoQ10 is a powerful antioxidant that is naturally created in the body. This coenzyme protects the skin and body cells from free radical damage. CoQ10 is also involved in energy production and immune system function. The main sources of CoQ10 include salmon and tuna, liver and whole wheat.

8. Selenium
Selenium is a trace mineral that helps protect the skin cells from free radical damage. Suspected selenium also play a role in preventing skin cancer. Food sources rich in selenium include brazil nuts, mushrooms, shrimp, lamb, tuna, salmon. Selenium is also found in cooked beef, oysters, sardines, crab and pasta wheat.

9. Water 
 It must not be forgotten for beautiful glowing skin is water. Water maintain skin moisture, reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Water also helps cells absorb nutritional substances and removing toxins, improving circulation and blood flow, making the skin look radiant. Drinking enough water, at least 8 glasses a day.
