Danger of Edible Oil blackened "Tips For Blogger"

Be careful, because the used cooking oil by repeatedly, especially cooking oil that has been blackened, it is very dangerous to your health.

As was said by one expert from the Health Nutrition Indonesian Fortification Coalition, Virginia Kadarsan. "Consumers should know how dangerous the use of cooking oil by repeatedly. The use of such oils can be toxic, settles in the body and will be felt several years later."

In line with the statement Kadarsan Virginia, Chairman of the Indonesian Fortification Coalition (KFI), Soekirman said "Consumers must be smart to choose cooking oil to be consumed,".

Fortification is the addition of one or more micronutrients in food ingredients. Now the Indonesian government also is working on fortification of vitamin A in cooking oil. Soekirman added, now only voluntary fortification and has not become a liability.
