Tips for Keeping Eyes Stay Healthy "Tips For Bloggers"

Here are some tips for you who want to maintain your eye health:
 
1. Watch
When watching television do not get too close. Safe distance for watching television is 2 meters to 14 inches television size. For a larger screen, of course, also must be farther away.

2. Working or Playing Computer.
When working with computers, you should not be too long, get used to pause or rest your eyes from looking at a computer screen approximately 15-30 minutes. So that our eyes are awake from the suspense.

3. Playing Video Games.
Most of the kids who play video games, not considering the safe distance for eye health. Therefore, we as parents have to tell and gave an example, how safe distance if they still want to play games.
 
4. Reading.

5. Avoid dust and pollution.
